Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Bioken Academy and/or its licensors own all the property rights and materials contained in the Website. You are granted limited license only to view content on this website. Your Content must be your own and Bioken Academy reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.
Restrictions
- Publishing or advertising or marketing any Website material in any other media;
- Using this Website in any way that impacts user access or may be damaging to this Website;
- Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in connection to this Website;
Fee Concerns
As you know that the trial classes are free, but at the completion of trial classes if you satisfied with us and want to continue classes, then you have to deposit your Fee in Advance (first week of each month). You are liable to pay your remaining dues or tuition fee on time; without submitting a proper and valid reason for the delay in fee submission, you cannot continue your classes for more than 10 days. In case of a breach, we have the right to stop your classes. If you are going on leaves and want to keep your classes continue with the same teacher after your leaves, then you have to deposit your fee in advance, so we could schedule the teacher and student accordingly. If you are absent for more than 15 days without informing, your deposited fee will not be refunded.
Makeup Classes
If you have left without informing us through proper procedure, you will not eligible for makeup, as well if you don’t attend a makeup classes that had been scheduled upon your request, then you are not eligible to require that class again. Maximum four makeup classes are allowed in a month. For makeup class, you've got to tell a minimum of 24 hours before your regular class, so we might be ready to make all necessary arrangements for your makeup class.
Official Leaves
Officially, we announce leaves on Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha beside the national holidays.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Bioken Academy, nor any of its officers, teacher, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out or connected with your use of this Website.
Variation of Terms
Bioken Academy is permitted to modify these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
